DELIVERY & ASSEMBLING POLICY

I. DELIVERY POLICY
DELIVERY FEES

• Inner Ho Chi Minh City: Free delivery for all orders.

• Other provinces and outer districts of HCMC (Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Can Gio, Nha Be): Free delivery for orders from 2,000,000 VND and above.

• For orders below 2,000,000 VND, our staff will choose Nhat Tin Logistics as the shipping partner to optimize delivery cost.

DELIVERY TIME

• 01-03 working days for inner Ho Chi Minh City (excluding fully booked delivery days — in that case, we will schedule the earliest available delivery time).

• 05-10 working days for outer districts and other provinces, starting from the order date.

• For special cases, our Index staff will contact you directly to provide an update.

• ILM only accepts one delivery address per order. If additional addresses are requested, the order will be split. Please note that any promotions based on total order value may no longer be valid if the order is split.

Note: This policy applies exclusively to ONLINE purchases.

II. STORAGE POLICY
ILM offers free storage for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
After 30 days, a fee of 15,000 VND/m³/day will be applied.
If the product is not received after 30 days, Index reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct the storage fee from the prepayment made by the customer.

III. INSTALLATION POLICY
ILM provides free installation for:

• Orders over 1,000,000 VND in inner Ho Chi Minh City.

• Orders over 2,000,000 VND in outer districts of HCMC (such as Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Can Gio, Nha Be, etc.).

Note: Installation does not include wall drilling or setup for items such as mirrors, picture frames, wall shelves, wall clocks, sink cut-outs for kitchen cabinets, or electrical wiring.

While ILM delivery staff may assist with wall drilling upon request, ILM is not liable for any damage to the infrastructure resulting from such installations.
