DELIVERY & ASSEMBLING POLICY

Inner HCM city: Free delivery with invoices from 500,000 VND.
Other provinces and suburbs of HCM (Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Can Gio, Nha Be): Free delivery with invoices from 2 million.
For orders that are not eligible for the free shipping policy, Index staff will contact you to discuss shipping fees and additional service fees (if any) based on NTLogistics' fee schedule.

Delivery process

Orders are normally delivered within 3 working days for inner cities (except in cases where delivery orders are full, we will schedule you at the earliest delivery time), and 5-10 working days for foreign countries. cities and provinces, from the date of order. In special cases, Index staff will contact you to notify.
OTHER NOTES:
ILM only applies 01 unique delivery address per order. If more than one shipping address arises, ILM will separate your order. Discounts on the total order value may no longer be valid in case the order is split upon delivery.
Your order will be canceled after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts. Payment refund steps/deposit fees will be applied according to the Return policy.

ILM free installation applies to:
Orders over 500k in HCM inner city area.
Orders over 2 million in suburban areas of HCM (Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Can Gio, Nha Be,...)
Installation does not include drilling fees to install products on the wall such as Mirrors, Picture Frames, Wall Shelves, Wall Clocks...
ILM delivery staff can assist you with drilling and installation, but will be exempt from responsibility for the infrastructure of the drilling area.
