DELIVERY & ASSEMBLING POLICY

I. DELIVERY POLICY

Installation fees for orders under VND 3,000,000:

Free delivery within a 20 km radius.
From the 21st kilometer onward, an additional charge of VND 15,000/km applies.
Free delivery and installation labor within a 30 km radius.
From the 31st kilometer onward, additional labor charges apply:
- VND 250,000 per worker per day, or
- VND 550,000 per worker per day if overnight accommodation is required.

Labor costs for delivery and installation do not include round-trip interprovincial shipping costs or round-trip intra-provincial transportation costs at the delivery location.
Intra-provincial transportation fees are calculated per order at a rate of VND 15,000/km, calculated from the bus station/ferry terminal/airport to the delivery area.
The number of workers required depends on the actual volume and weight of the goods and will be informed and confirmed with the customer prior to delivery.

01–03 working days for Ho Chi Minh City inner-city areas
(excluding fully booked delivery dates; in such cases, ILM will arrange the earliest possible delivery time).
05–10 working days for suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces, counted from the order date.
For special cases, Index Living Mall staff will proactively contact customers to provide updates.
ILM applies one (01) delivery address per order only. If additional delivery addresses are requested, the order will be split.
Note: Promotions based on total order value may no longer be applicable if the order is split.

ILM provides free storage for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
After 30 days, storage fees apply at VND 15,000/m³/day.
If the customer has not received the products after 30 days, Index Living Mall reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct the storage fees from the customer’s advance payment.
