RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers should check carefully the design, color, function and all accessories included when receiving the goods

- Return/ Exchange conditions: Full price, unused & undamaged product with label and original receipt

- Exclusions: HDI products (not manufacturing defects), Home decoration, Over 30% discounted items, Products in promotion, Display/ Sample items Opened bedding

- Return/ Exchange steps: Full price, unused & undamaged product with label and original receipt

• 1. Contact via Hotline 1900 63 60 96 or email: cskh@indexlivingmallvn.com.vn to request a Return/ Exchange
• 2. ILM contact you within 02 working days upon receiving the request. In special cases that need to extend response time, ILM will call customers for specific details
• 3. You send or bring product directly to the indicated store at 30 Song Hanh, District 2, HCMC with original receipt for support

Exchange fee:

• For at least 03 days before delivery date: ILM supports free exchange
• Within 03 days after delivery date: The exchange fee includes two-way transportation fee, a product check fee of 150,000 VNDs/ product and other service fees if any.
• After 03 days from delivery date: Customers will be charged 20% on the order value, two-way transportation fee, a product check fee of 150,000 VNDs/ product and other service fees if any.

Return fee (Cancellation):

• Within 24 hours after placing the order: ILM supports free order cancellation. After 24 hours, customers will be charged 15% on the order value and two-way transportation fee
• Within 03 days after delivery date: Customers will be charged 20% on the order value, two-way transportation fee, a product check fee of 150,000 VNDs/ product and other service fees if any.
• After 03 days from delivery date: Customers will be charged 30% on the order value, two-way transportation fee, a product check fee of 150,000 VNDs/ product and other service fees if any.

Note:

• Any service or delivery fees arising from the original order will not be refunded.
• The transportation fee is based on the service price list of Viettel Post.
• Two-way transportation fee is based on the distance from the store to the delivery address. For online orders, the 2-way distance will be calculated from HCMC center to the delivery address.

Refund:

If your request for return is approved, payments will be refunded as follows

• Payment by credit/ debit card will be refunded within 15-45 days.
• Bank transfer payment will be refunded within 3-7 days.
• Voucher can be used like cash at ILM.
